Sample coolers include steam sample coolers and boiler water sample coolers. The principle of sample coolers is coil heat exchange. They are used for cooling steam and water samples in boiler rooms or power plants for chemical analysis. The water in boilers and thermal systems is usually at a high temperature, which is not convenient for sampling or measurement. Therefore, the samples should be cooled before sampling. Hence, the samples from the sampling points are introduced into a sample cooler, sampler, cooler, or a combined type of sample cooler for cooling.

Sample Cooler Material Selection and Advantages:
All sampling tubes are made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) and cannot be made of carbon steel or brass tubes to prevent the samples from being contaminated by metal corrosion products within the tubes during the sampling process.
2. Our factory's sampling cooler is suitable for sampling high-temperature liquids and gases. All cooling tubes undergo a 5-minute hydrostatic test at 38 MPa prior to shipment, ensuring safe and reliable use.
3. Features include compact structure, high thermal efficiency, easy cleaning, and long service life.
4. The spiral tube of the cooler can be made up of a series of continuous coils with the required cooling area, or it can be composed of two sets of spiral sampling coolers, samplers, coolers, and combined sampling cooler tubes arranged both inside and outside.
