Primarily used for packaging HDEP PET PP plastic bottles, this equipment replaces traditional manual stacking operations, manual placement of dividers, and the automatic placement of pallets. It utilizes multi-servo, multi-linear guide, and screw structures to achieve automatic lifting and stacking functions, significantly enhancing production line automation, cost savings, and efficiency.

1. Machine Frame: The internal contact surfaces with bottles are all designed with 304 stainless steel, featuring a simple and practical design with minimal footprint.
2. Conveyer Belt: Equipped with a WVT reducer and Huizhou variable-frequency inverter for electrical control, it can independently perform stacking and can also be integrated into production line automation for stacking; it can be connected to blowing machines, labeling machines, and other production lines for full automatic online stacking.
3. Machine Stability: Equipped with German Siemens PLC control, featuring several built-in bottle discharge methods to meet customer requirements for bottle shapes, easy to switch, and with Airtac solenoid valve control; stability exceeds 100,000 hours.
4. Machine Durability: Equipped with Airtac cylinders and solenoid valve groups for control; the gas source treatment includes two sets of Airtac oil mist maintenance units to remove impurities and moisture from the gas. This not only meets the environmental protection and GMP regulations for industries like food, but also ensures the machine's long-lasting durability and extends its service life. Machine Operation: Utilizes a 7-inch Wellon touch screen with an intuitive human-machine interface, featuring a large and clear display for ease of operation.
5. Machine Safety: The contact surfaces with bottles inside the machine are designed with 304 stainless steel, meeting food-grade standards. The machine is highly configured, using multiple servo motors for control and featuring top brands from both domestic and international markets, with easy adjustments. Additionally, it's equipped with an automatic three-color alarm function to prompt timely manual operations and has an automatic start/stop switch for convenient replacement of trays and placement of dividers.
