A blender is a machine used for mixing materials. It consists of a horizontally rotating container and rotating vertical mixing blades. When blending shaped materials, the container rotates to the left and the blades to the right. Due to the counterflow effect, the movement directions of the shaped material particles cross, increasing their contact opportunities. The counterflow blender exerts less pressure on the material, has a low heat generation, and high mixing efficiency, resulting in a more uniform blend.
