A blending machine is a device used for mixing materials. It consists of a horizontally rotating container and rotating vertical mixing blades. When molding materials are mixed, the container rotates to the left while the blades rotate to the right. Due to the counter-current action, the movement directions of the particles in the molding material cross, increasing the chances of contact. Counter-current blending machines exert less pressure on the material, have low heat generation, and high mixing efficiency, resulting in more even blending.
