Product Name: Rivet Bolt
Standard: Industry Standard
Material: Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel
Surface Treatment: Zinc Plated/ Cleaned
Customizable: Yes
Product Features: Press-fitted nuts, also known as press-fitted studs or nut studs, are fasteners used in sheet metal, thin plates, enclosures, and cabinets. They have a hexagonal shape at one end and a cylindrical hexagonal edge at the other, with a chamfered slot between the two. Internally, they feature a female thread. By using a press, the hexagonal head is pressed into a pre-drilled hole in the thin plate (the hole diameter is generally slightly smaller than the cylindrical outer diameter of the press-fitted stud), causing the hole's periphery to undergo plastic deformation. The deformed portion is forced into the chamfered slot of the press-fitted nut, securing it tightly to the thin plate, thereby forming an effective fixed female thread on the plate.
Product Advantages:
Insert into the round hole, pressure riveted for a secure and stable riveting on thin plates.
2. Threaded with both through and blind holes, suitable for spacing or stacked enclosures, circuit boards, or components
3. Easy to install without deformation, the back can be flush with the workpiece plate surface. Suitable for sheet materials 0.5mm and above.
4. Advantages of rust and corrosion resistance in stainless steel material
