Material: Hardened Carbon Steel 1018 / SUS304 Stainless Steel
Surface Treatment: Galvanized/ Cleaned
Customizable: Yes
Product Features: The press-nut screw is a new type of fastener used on thin plates or sheet metal. It operates by pressing a flowered tooth into a pre-set hole in the sheet metal. Typically, the diameter of the pre-set hole is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the press-nut screw. Through the application of pressure, the outer diameter of the press-nut screw is pressed into the plate, causing the periphery of the hole to undergo plastic deformation. The deformed material is then forced into a guide groove, resulting in a locking effect.
Product Advantages:
Insert into the round hole, pressure riveted for a secure and stable attachment to the thin plate.
2. Commonly used in electronics, communication, electrical appliances, enclosures, cabinets, sheet metal, and other industries.
3. Easy to install without deformation; the back can be tightly flush with the workpiece plate surface. Suitable for sheet materials of 0.5mm and above.
4. Advantages of stainless steel material in rust and corrosion resistance
