Product Name: Small Countersunk Internal and External Hex Blind Hole Rivet Nuts, Stainless Steel
Standard: GB/T17880.5-1999
Material: SUS304 Stainless Steel
Surface Treatment: Cleaning and Passivation
Customizable: Yes
Product Features: The countersunk rivet nut is an improved version of the standard countersunk rivet nut, and it does not require a countersunk hole. This feature allows for reducing or eliminating the gap between two workpieces. The six-sided opening in the workpiece pairs with the hexagonal rivet nut, providing anti-turning effect. The blind hole design features an airtight and waterproof characteristic.
Product Advantages:
Set screws can be assembled freely in plastic parts, ceramics, and all metal components.
2. Can be riveted on one side; suitable for hollow frame, shell, tube material, or sealed space assembly solutions.
3. Even if the workpiece surface has a coating or has been treated, rivet nuts and rivet bolts can still be used to install them at any stage of the production process. Surface treatment is not required upon completion of installation.
4. Unlike welding nuts, rivet nuts and rivet bolts do not cause damage to workpieces due to high temperatures, nor do they produce harmful gases or pose a fire hazard, ensuring the safety of producers.
5. Quick installation, low cost, with significant economic advantages
6. Performance exceeds welded nuts, self-tapping screws, traditional nuts, and bolts.
7. Advantages of Stainless Steel Material in Rust and Corrosion Resistance
Product Installation Method: We recommend using the "rotate-torque-rotate" method as shown in the diagram. During installation, the rivet nut and rivet bolt are threaded onto the tool screw, inserted into the mounting hole, and then deformed by the torque tensioning before removing the rivet nut.
