Main Performance and Features:
1) The machine is equipped with a precision optical bed from Tai Ching, featuring high precision, high rigidity, and high precision.
2) Machine tools feature a box-shaped large inclination bed structure with high-strength Meehanite cast iron, which has a dense structure, good strength, appropriate hardness, low friction coefficient, and self-lubricating properties. The base is an integral box-type structure with the bed, providing face-to-face contact, significantly enhancing the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tool. It also serves as a vibration-absorbing feature, reducing tool wear and improving workpiece quality.
3) Equipped with imported power turret, knife change is smooth with a neighboring knife change time of just 0.14 seconds, and the repeat positioning accuracy of the knife holder is 1.6".
4) The main shaft is made of imported chrome-molybdenum alloy steel, paired with NSK P4 grade bearings.
5) Ball screws are made with THK brand products, and linear guides are with Festo brand products.
6) Couplings and brake units are all R+W products.
7) The motors, pumps, valves, connectors, and oil pipes for machine tools' hydraulic and lubrication sections are all imported brands.
8) Machining machine control systems and electrical components are all from Siemens or Schneider and similar brands.
9) All connecting bolts in the critical parts of the machine tool are made of imported 12.9 grade high-strength bolts.
10) The hydraulic chuck features manual and programmable automatic control for chuck tension.
11) The base features a high-rigidity design with an integrated cooling box, ensuring smooth chip removal.
12) The machine tool is equipped with an independent automatic lubrication system and a chip-removing cooling device, along with full enclosed protection, ensuring the machine tool remains in optimal working condition at all times, significantly enhancing the automation level of mechanical processing.
13) The machine tool is equipped with a high-pressure, high-flow cooling system, ensuring that workpieces and cutting tools are adequately cooled during high-speed machining, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
14) Before shipment, the machine tool is inspected with a RENISHOW laser interferometer, and compensation is made for the screw lead error and reverse based on the findings, ensuring a higher level of precision reserve upon factory dispatch.
15) Equipped with a hydraulic tailstock, featuring adjustable sleeve speed, programmable automatic control, and manual control options.
