Numerical Control Machine Tool Repair Simulation Software (Virtual CNC Machine Tool Training System) is a CNC machine tool teaching and training software developed in collaboration between Xiamen Fenghuangchuangyi Software Co., Ltd. and our company, based on web3D virtual reality technology. It allows for 3D, 360° visualization and attribute assignment of all stages of CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and machining centers, including mechanical structures, electrical components, circuit diagrams, electrical cabinets, CNC systems, machine panels, servo motors, PLCs, etc. The software enables disassembly and assembly of mechanical parts, selection and layout of electrical components, wiring of electrical cabinets, debugging of CNC systems, PLC programming, dynamic circuit diagram drawing, interactive debugging between CNC systems and PLCs, circuit diagrams, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, as well as programming and processing simulation functions. The software includes modules for teaching, training, assessment, automatic scoring, and backend secondary development.
This software is a capable learning assistant for the application of CNC technology, CNC maintenance, and CNC machining. It can be used in conjunction with the accompanying hardware (CNC maintenance experiment bench), thereby reducing hardware investment and enhancing teaching effectiveness.
