The DS-R1B consists of a CNC experimental bench and a CK0638 CNC lathe, with the CNC system customizable to meet user requirements. The CNC experimental bench focuses on experiments such as wiring, various signal measurements, performance monitoring, debugging, PLC programming, and maintenance. Each major component of an actual CNC machine tool's electrical control system is decomposed and displayed on the electrical control bench, with all signals being displayed and measurable. Each phase is equipped with a dedicated fault setting area, capable of setting dozens of fault points. The panel includes electrical diagrams and wiring labels, facilitating learning and understanding.
The DS-R1B-E model is an upgrade of the NNC-R1B, featuring an industrial CNC lathe-compatible machine electrical cabinet. It allows for practical training in circuit design, electrical component installation, wiring, and debugging. The electrical board is replaceable, facilitating group-based training for students in the arrangement, wiring, troubleshooting, and debugging of CNC machine electrical components. The machine is controlled by a dual parallel setup of the CNC experiment table and the machine electrical cabinet.
The equipment is suitable for skill training such as CNC lathe debugging and maintenance, electrical cabinet design and wiring, and also for practical internships in CNC lathe programming and operation, significantly enhancing the equipment's utilization rate.
