Principle:
The working principle of the molding machine is similar to that of a syringe used for injections. It uses the thrust of a screw (or plunger) to inject the molten, plasticized state (i.e., the melt flow state) into a closed mold cavity. After solidification and shaping, the product is obtained.
Injection molding is a cyclic process, with each cycle mainly including: quantitative feeding—melting and plasticizing—pressure injection—molding and cooling—opening mold and removing the part. After removing the molded part, the mold is closed again to start the next cycle.
