A cold bending forming machine is a mechanical process that uses a series of sequentially arranged bending rolls to continuously bend sheet metals like coils and strips laterally, forming specific cross-sectional profiles through plastic deformation.

Features:
1. The principle of average force distribution across each stage, with uniform force distribution across all roller lines, ensures even wear and extends the service life of the rolls.
2. The use of C12MoV material for rolling mill rolls takes advantage of its wear resistance, but its specific strength and hardness are contradictory. During heat treatment, the red hardness of C12MoV must be utilized. After quenching, two or even three tempering cycles are required to achieve the desired hardness.
3. The track arc section is the core part of the slider. After the initial forming of the arc, during the subsequent rolling and bending process, the formed arc should be effectively restrained using either the upper and lower roller or the cross wheel. Otherwise, the arc position will change during the stretching process, the R value will decrease to form a triangle, the ball bearing will not reach the bottom, causing noise from the contact of two points. As the R value increases, it will cause oscillation with the track, resulting in blurred tracks during slider usage, uneven distribution of force, slider deformation, and a shortened lifespan.
4. Rolling stability issue: During production, it is common to encounter the problem of material shifting left or right in the roller path. This is actually due to asymmetric force on a single roller set, where more force is exerted on the left, causing the material to shift to the right, and vice versa on the right, causing the material to shift to the left.
