This series of hydraulic press is widely used for cutting protective films for various mobile phones, digital cameras, and LCD screens of laptops, as well as for various types of sticker materials, half-cuts, etc. It is also suitable for cutting silicone or plastic buttons for mobile phones or remote controls, and for whole and partial cutting of plastic products. It is compatible with non-guided simple cutting molds and is an essential equipment choice for the mobile phone, computer, and camera industries.

The series of hydraulic machine tools is powered by liquid pressure ranging from 1 to 14 MPa, and is connected to a three-phase AC380V 50Hz or three-phase AC220 60Hz alternating current power supply. The total power consumption does not exceed 3.7 kW. (Single-phase AC220 domestic power supply can also be used upon customer request.)
2. This series of equipment transmits energy using a liquid medium, boasts high efficiency, and has an average cutting cycle time of less than 0.6 seconds.
3. Noise level does not exceed 80 decibels during standby (Single-phase motor selected, noise level during standby is 85 decibels).
4. Features a four-column, three-plate structure; the vertical precision of the movable plate is controlled by four precise guide bushes, ensuring parallel accuracy between the lower and upper working surfaces at any point is less than 0.08MM.
5. Equipped with adjustable positioning hydraulic cylinders, achieving high dead-point positioning accuracy and repeatability below 0.01mm, ensuring precise cutting depth.
6. Features automatic counting function with manual and semi-automatic control modes. Manual operation allows the press mold to stop at any travel range, equipped with an emergency return button, and optional infrared hand guard device.
7. Cuttable area up to 580MM x 350MM (equivalent to a 21-inch LCD screen)
8. The spindle descent speed is 88 mm/s.
9. Customers can adjust pressure, cutting stroke, pressing time, and closure height themselves for easy operation.

11. This series of hydraulic machinery offers output ranges of 3T, 5tf, 10tf, optional. (1tf = 1000kgf = 9.8KN), and can also be custom-made according to customer requirements.
