Product Introduction
(1) Four-column hydraulic press hot press AS205H features a four-column, three-plate structure. The vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide bushes, with parallel accuracy between the lower and upper working surfaces at any point reaching within 0.05MM.
Four-column hydraulic press hot press AS205H features an automatic counting function and offers both manual and semi-automatic control methods. Manual operation allows the pressing mold to be stopped at any travel range, equipped with an emergency return button.
(3) Customers can independently adjust the pressure, compression stroke, holding time, and closure height, making operation convenient.
(4) The AS205H four-column hydraulic press features foot cups installed beneath the machine body for easy leveling with the ground.
