DFGC110 Automatic Aquatic Plant Harvester

1. This vessel efficiently harvests surface aquatic weeds, requiring only one person in the cabin to operate, handling tasks such as gathering, collecting, water filtration, conveying, storing, unloading, and navigation. It boasts robust weed harvesting capabilities and also serves as a surface cleaner, effectively retrieving various floating debris.

2. The vessel features a two-compartment design, utilizing precise hydraulic technology to control the entire operation. The front collection compartment is responsible for harvesting aquatic vegetation and transferring it to the middle compartment. The middle compartment serves as a storage and unloading bay, capable of holding debris and floating objects. Upon docking, the middle compartment can be lifted and rotated via a conveyor belt to unload the waste.

3. The vessel is equipped with a set of harvesting bottom transverse blades, a pair of side standing blades (wheels) on each side, a set of mechanical collection wheels, capable of both harvesting aquatic vegetation and clearing floating debris on the water surface.

4. The vessel is equipped with twin screw propellers, ensuring it won't get entangled in seaweed or fishing nets during navigation. It can make a U-turn in place, reducing the turning radius.
