Lingzhi, also known as reishi or celestial herb, is a precious Chinese herb renowned for its high content of polysaccharides and triterpenes, with wild lingzhi also rich in numerous trace elements. After lingzhi is低温 ultra-fine milled and its cell walls broken, most of its essence is released, making it absorbable and usable by the human body. In the process of micro-powder preparation, ultra-fine milling of materials with toughness,粘性, thermosensitivity, and fibrous properties has always been a challenge and focus in production research. The Juncheng Lingzhi ultra-fine mill applies four external forces—compression, shearing, impact, and grinding—to the material during the milling process. It uses shearing force to turn long fibers into short fibers, followed by "grinding, compression, and impact" between the media to crush the short fibers into ultra-fine powder. A refrigeration unit is also configured during the milling process, keeping the material and the mill at a low temperature. Under rapid cooling, uneven contraction of the material's parts produces internal stress, making it prone to cracking and fracturing at weak spots, reducing the bonding strength of the material's internal structure. When subjected to certain impacts, it easily breaks into fine powder. Ultra-fine milling can be achieved for materials with fibrous, high toughness, high strength, high oil content, and high sugar content.
