The Moganshan mysterious summer cooling season of 2023 runs from July 1st to the end of October. The entire event adopts a "1+5" model, revitalizing the tourism resources across the board, enriching the activity's experiential nature, and creating a uniquely Moganshan-themed "Summer Banquet" for both local citizens and tourists.

The event is themed "MoGAN 'Art' Summer, A Wonderful Life," featuring five major activities: Unnamed "Joy" in the Ears, Unnamed Summer, Unnamed Art, Unnamed "Wild," and Unnamed Good Taste, covering music, art, cuisine, and outdoor experiences. It introduces sub-events such as the MoGAN Mountain Music Festival, the Full Moon and Flower Festival Art Exhibition, and the "Go Wild in the Mountains" 2023 MoGAN Mountain International Public Art Exhibition.
