Performance and Features 

1. This product is soluble in most organic solvents, disperses in water to form an emulsion, and exhibits excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties.

2. A highly effective emulsifying agent for oil-in-water white oils, capable of easily emulsifying various types of white oils. The product is a blue-lit microemulsion with excellent stability.

3. Easy to use, with a simple emulsification process; only a mixing device is needed to produce emulsified white oil.

4. Non-ionic properties, low irritability, easy to match.

5. Recommended Dosage: 10% - 15% of white oil.

Application

Add measured emulsifier and white oil to the emulsifying kettle sequentially according to the required solid content. The amount of emulsifier should be 10% to 15% of the white oil. Stir until well blended, then add measured water and stir until well mixed to obtain the milky white oil emulsion (for reference).

Packaging and Storage

200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging.

Store and transport in accordance with general chemical storage and transportation guidelines. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
