Adhesive Stone Paving
I. Introduction to Adhesive Stone Pavement
Adhesive stone pavement is a type of road material that bonds stone to the surface using adhesive. It excels in waterproofing, wear resistance, anti-slip, and noise reduction, suitable for road surfaces with various traffic intensities and speeds.
Section II: Adhesive Stone Flooring Construction Technique
At the initial setting stage of the cast concrete floor, scatter powdered colored reinforcing material.
2. Once the reinforcing material is fully moistened, use a specialized tool to level and smooth it out.
3. Evenly scatter the colored demolding agent over the ground after it has been leveled and finished.
4. Impress a variety of unique and innovative patterns with different textures onto the ground using specialized molds with convex and concave surfaces.
5. After the floor cures for one to two days, wash off the release agent from the surface, then apply and seal with the sealant upon drying to complete the job.
