Adhesive Stone Paving
I. Introduction to Adhesive Stone Pavement
An adhesive stone pavement is a type of road material that uses adhesive as the bonding agent to bond stone materials to the road surface. Its advantages include excellent performance in waterproofing, wear resistance, anti-slip, and noise reduction, making it suitable for road surfaces with various traffic intensities and speeds.
II. Adhesive Stone Floor Construction Technique
At the initial setting stage of the cast concrete floor, scatter powdered colored reinforcing material.
2. After the material to be reinforced is fully moistened, use a special tool to level and smooth it out.
3. Evenly spread the colored release agent on the ground after leveling and smoothing.
4. Impress a variety of unique and innovative patterns with different textures on the ground using special molds with raised and recessed surfaces.
5. After one to two days of complete curing of the floor, wash off the release agent from the surface, then apply and seal with sealant to finish the job upon drying.
