Material Characteristics

The EPDM rubber track is composed of EPDM colored granules and PU (polyurethane) material, featuring wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, and excellent elasticity. It maintains stable performance under extreme climatic conditions and is not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, oxygen, high temperatures, and humidity.

2. Construction Process

3. (1) Basic Treatment: Includes leveling, cleaning, smoothing, and priming with base paint.

4. (2) Substrate Construction: Laying SBR granules and polyurethane pre-coating.

5. (3) Surface Construction: The surface is constructed by laying EPDM granules, which are then compacted mechanically and topped with a flexible floating deck to complete the surface structure.

6. (4) Line Marking: After completing the line marking according to track and field, football field, tennis court, volleyball court, etc. requirements, apply a surface coating and sealant to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of the sports facility.
