Material Characteristics

The EPDM rubber track is composed of EPDM colored granules and PU (polyurethane) materials, featuring wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, and excellent elasticity. It maintains stable performance under extreme climatic conditions and is not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, oxygen, high temperatures, and humidity.

2. Construction Process

3. (1) Basic Treatment: Includes tasks such as leveling the ground, cleaning, smoothing, and applying primer.

4. (2) Subgrade Construction: Laying SBR granules and polyurethane pre-coating.

5. (3) Surface Construction: The surface is constructed by laying EPDM granules, completed through processes such as mechanical compaction and flexible floating deck.

6. (4) Line Marking: After completing the line marking according to the requirements of track and field, football fields, tennis courts, volleyball courts, etc., apply a surface coating and sealant to enhance the durability and aesthetics of the sports ground.
