Material Characteristics

The EPDM rubber track is composed of EPDM colored granules and PU (polyurethane) materials, featuring abrasion resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, and excellent elasticity. It maintains stable performance under extreme climatic conditions and is not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, oxygen, high temperatures, and humidity.

2. Construction Process

3. (1) Basic Treatment: Includes ground leveling, cleaning, smoothing, and applying primer.

4. (2) Substrate Construction: Lay SBR granules and polyurethane pre-coating.

5. (3) Surface Construction: The surface is constructed by laying EPDM granules, completed through processes such as mechanical compaction and flexible floating top.

6. (4) Line Marking: After line marking according to the requirements of track and field, football field, tennis court, volleyball court, etc., apply a surface coating and sealant to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of the sports facility.
