Introduction to Washed Stone
Water-washed stone is a decorative technique that involves mixing natural river or sea pebbles or gravels with cement in a specific ratio, applying it to the base, flattening it with a load-bearing tool, and cleaning the surface adhesive to reveal the original appearance of the stones.
2. Process of Water Washing Stone
1. Clean the road base thoroughly; mix the stones and cement in the proper proportions and ensure they are well blended.
2. Pour the water-washed gravel into the mixed adhesive.
3. Spread the materials evenly.
4. Evenly scrape the surface with a wooden ruler.
5. Wipe away the cement surface with a sponge to expose the aggregate on the surface.
