Water-washed stone is a decorative technique that involves mixing natural river or sea pebbles or gravels with cement in a specific ratio, applying the mixture to the base, flattening it with a load-bearing tool, and then cleaning the surface adhesive to reveal the original appearance of the stones.
2. Process for Water Washed Stone
Clean the road base thoroughly; mix the stones and cement in the proper proportions and blend well.
2. Pour the washed stone mixed with the adhesive solution.
3. Spread the materials evenly.
4. Evenly scrape the surface with a wooden ruler.
5. Remove the surface cement with a water-absorbent sponge, revealing the exposed aggregates.
