Product Introduction:
Steel plate and section material lifting electromagnetic lifting devices are specifically designed for lifting steel plates and sections. Due to the potential bending and deformation of long steel plates during lifting, which may affect safe lifting, we typically use multiple hoists in tandem when lifting such plates. Based on the specifications (length, width, thickness) of the steel plates and the lifting capacity of the crane, we select different sizes of lifting electromagnetic magnets.
During the linkage operation, the following measures should be taken: 1. The connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnet uses a special adaptive mechanism; 2. For steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use low-tonnage, multi-point arrangement, and place two units in the width direction of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the steel plate, reduce the working air gap, and increase the suction force; 3. Utilize magnetic control to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted each time.
