Based on the extensive absorption and digestion of domestic and international CNC machine tool manufacturing technologies, and in combination with the practical technical requirements of users, it is a high-efficiency, high-precision, and high-performance advanced equipment. The VL650 machining center is widely applicable in the precision CNC machining of parts for industries such as automotive, shipbuilding, locomotive, aerospace, machine tools, and mold-making. Machining Center Features:
1. All machine tool basic castings are made of resin sand casting, featuring strong and rigid rib layout and having undergone two artificial aging treatments. They offer high load-bearing capacity, stability, and strength, with stable and reliable precision in all aspects, and can resist deformation over long periods without stress removal.
2. Utilizing imported P4 grade spindle bearings, which have been computer-balanced and run-in tested, to ensure axial and radial rigidity and machining accuracy. This guarantees the spindle's high reliability, long lifespan, low noise, minimal vibration, and high precision. Features a pressurized tool removal cylinder for quick tool change.
3. All three axes are equipped with original Taiwan C3 precision ball screw and mounted with P4 precision bearings, ensuring both positioning and repeat positioning accuracy. Additionally, the three axes utilize original servo motors and spindle motors with direct drive transmission, guaranteeing feeding precision under strong load-bearing capacity.
3. Linear guides are imported rolling linear guides, featuring low sliding friction resistance, fast motion speed, and rapid feeding at微量infeed. They eliminate crawling at low speeds and vibration at high speeds, enhancing the machine tool's motion precision and response speed.
4. All systems are driven by servo motors, ensuring high stability, speed, smoothness, and precision in the control system. They possess the necessary functions for mold manufacturing and are the preferred choice for mold production.
