The VL855 machining center is a series developed independently by our company. It's a high-efficiency, high-precision, and high-performance advanced machine developed by extensively absorbing and digesting domestic and international CNC machine tool manufacturing technologies, combined with practical technical requirements of users. Equipped with a CNC system from Fanuc Japan or Mitsubishi, Siemens Germany, or Neway Taiwan, it can achieve any three-axis simultaneous processing, thereby enhancing the dynamic quality and control precision of the processed products. Its favorable performance-to-price ratio makes it a great choice for both domestic and international customers.
The VL855 machining center is widely applicable in the precision CNC machining of components in various industries such as automotive, shipbuilding, locomotive, aerospace, machine tools, and mold manufacturing. Machining Center Features:
1. All machine tool basic castings are made of resin sand casting, featuring strong and flexible rib layout. They have undergone two artificial aging treatments, offering high load-bearing capacity, stability, and strength. The precision is consistent and reliable, and the casting remains stress-free and non-deformed over time.
2. Utilizing imported P4 grade spindle bearings, which have been computer-balanced and run-in tested, ensuring axial and radial rigidity and machining precision. This guarantees the spindle's high reliability, long lifespan, low noise, minimal vibration, and high precision. Features a pressurized tool change cylinder for quick tool removal.
3. All three axes feature original Taiwan C3 precision ball screw, mounted with P4 grade bearings, ensuring precise positioning and repeatable accuracy. Additionally, they use original servo motors and spindle motors for direct drive, ensuring feeding accuracy under high load capacity.
3. The linear guide rail uses imported rolling linear guide rail, featuring low sliding friction resistance, fast movement speed, quick feed during micro-feeding, no crawling at low speeds, and no vibration at high speeds, enhancing the machine tool's motion accuracy and response speed.
4. Systems are all servo-driven, ensuring high stability, speed, smooth surface, and high precision in the control system. They possess the necessary functions for mold manufacturing and are the preferred choice for mold production.
