Single-axis CNC through-feed lathe, maximum machining diameter 20mm, equipped with an internal motorized spindle, standard with a Mitsubishi Japanese system, optional with Fanuc system. The machine structure is compact, tool layout is rational, operation is simple, the rotating sleeve is detachable, single feeding length reaches 240mm, suitable for composite turning and milling of slender shafts, the tail stock material of a single processing can be controlled within 20mm, and it is comparable to a cutting machine in the processing of fine metal parts.
The standard configuration of this series of CNC boring machines:
6 outside-radius lathe tools are used to meet the processing needs for rough turning, fine turning, keyways, ball-end facing, and cutting.
5 rotating cutters are used to meet the processing needs of side milling, drilling, tapping, engraving, etc. for workpieces.
5 non-rotating cutting tools are used to meet the processing requirements for boring, reaming, tapping, and internal gear cutting on workpiece ends.
Available with end face power heads featuring independent function modules, optional end face rotating cutters can be used to accomplish machining needs such as drilling, threading, slotting, planing, and engraving on workpiece ends.
There are currently 3 models in this series of machine tools available for selection.
