Dual-axis CNC bar machine, maximum machining diameter 26mm, features an internal motorized spindle on both the main and auxiliary shafts, comes with a standard Mitsubishi system, and an optional Fanuc system.
The machine tool has a compact structure, rational tool arrangement, simple operation, detachable rotating guide sleeve, a single feeding length of up to 240mm, suitable for turning and milling composite processing of slender shafts. The tail stock of a single processing can be controlled within 20mm, and it is comparable to a CNC milling machine when processing fine metal parts.
The standard configuration of this series of CNC through-spindle machine:
6 outside diameter turning cutters are used to meet the processing needs for rough turning, fine turning, hook slots, turning spherical surfaces, and cutting, etc.
5 rotating cutting tools are used to meet the processing needs of side milling, drilling, tapping, and engraving for workpieces.
5 non-rotating cutting tools are used to meet the processing needs of workpiece end face boring, reaming, tapping, and internal gear cutting.
Deep hole drilling module, capable of processing holes up to 80mm deep. Optional with two independent milling and drilling power modules. Also available with a counter shaft face rotating tool for cutting, threading, milling slots, flattening, and engraving. Up to 39 tools can be installed, catering to the diverse and complex processing needs of workpieces.
