The plates are bolted between fixed and movable clamping plates, forming numerous channels inside the exchanger. They are sealed with rubber between plates. The clamping plates have outlets for connecting to external systems. The plates are made from corrosion-resistant metal sheets, with corner holes for media entry and exit, and hanging holes at the top and bottom. The V-shaped corrugations enhance fluid disturbance, achieving turbulent flow at low speeds and providing high heat transfer efficiency. A special structure is also employed to ensure that the two fluid media do not leak into each other.
