Fence railing

The assessment of fence railing is primarily based on quality requirements, encompassing two main aspects: appearance quality and quality inspection. Appearance quality includes packaging, size specifications, weight, and surface appearance; quality inspection covers zinc coating, mechanical properties, and chemical composition. Consequently, the examination and certification of non-premium products also consider these aspects.
1. Packaging: Observe if the goods are in export-standard packaging, simple packaging, or bare packaging; and whether the packaging is intact or damaged. Generally, premium products have more complete packaging; however, it should not be assumed that incomplete packaging indicates non-premium goods.
2. Specifications and Dimensions: Are the sizes of the entire batch consistent, and do the labeled dimensions on the goods match the actual dimensions of the goods? For premium products, the specifications and dimensions are mostly consistent.
3. Weight: Includes gross and net weight. Check if the total weight of the shipment matches the requirements specified in the contract.
4. Appearance Condition: Inspect the surface of the goods for any defects that may affect usage.
