This series of high-efficiency CNC hobbing machines processes cylindrical straight gears, cylindrical helical gears (shaft gears, disk gears), worm gears, small bevel gears, drum gears, splines, sprockets, synchronous belt pulleys, and other specific tooth profiles using the involute method. The machine tools are primarily cast with double-walled, high ribbed plate structural design, and have been verified through finite element analysis, ensuring both the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tools.
• Machining centers are available in three configurations: 5-axis, 6-axis, and 7-axis.
• The blade shaft can be hydraulically automatically tightened and relaxed, making it convenient for users to change tools and shortening the tool adjustment time.
• Both the X and Z axes are equipped with high-rigidity hard rail structures, ensuring excellent rigidity for the machine tool.
• The C-axis is driven by a high-precision torque motor directly or through other transmission methods, ensuring both the precision of the worktable indexing and the cutting torque.
• The Y-axis utilizes a direct drive system with a decelerator and servo motor, ensuring precise tool feed and extending the tool life, while also maintaining the overall rigidity of the machine tool.
• The guide rails are high-precision linear or hard rails, powered by hydraulic cylinders for motion, ensuring precise movement of the rails and ease of machine adjustment.
• Prevent wear on the central hole during use and enhance rotation accuracy.
• Optional automatic loading and unloading and chamfering machine automation connection available.
