This series of high-speed, high-efficiency CNC hobbing machines processes cylindrical straight gears, cylindrical helical gears (spur gears, disk gears), worm gears, small cone gears, drum gears, splines, sprockets, synchronous belt pulleys, and other special gear shapes. The main castings of the machine tools are designed with double-walled and high-web structure, and have been verified through finite element analysis, ensuring both the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tools.
• Machining centers are available in three configurations: five-axis, six-axis, and seven-axis.
• The toolholder can be hydraulically automatically tightened and relaxed, facilitating tool change for users and shortening the tool adjustment time.
• Both the X and Z axes feature high-rigidity hard rail structures, ensuring the machine tool possesses exceptional rigidity.
• The C-axis features a high-precision torque motor direct drive or another transmission method, ensuring both the precision of the worktable indexing and the cutting torque.
• The Y-axis is driven directly by a decelerator and a servo motor, ensuring precise tool movement and extending tool life, while also maintaining the overall rigidity of the machine tool.
• Top-grade guide ways are high-precision linear ways or hard ways, equipped with oil cylinders to drive the point movement, ensuring the accuracy of the guide way's motion and the ease of machine adjustment.
• Equipped with a rotating tip to prevent wear on the central hole when using a fixed tip, and enhances the rotational accuracy of the tip.
• Optional automatic feeding and chamfering machine automation linkage available.
