This series of high-speed, high-efficiency CNC hobbing machines utilizes the involute method to process cylindrical straight gears, cylindrical helical gears (shaft gears, disk gears), worm gears, small bevel gears, drum gears, spline shafts, chain gears, synchronous belt pulleys, and other specific tooth profiles. The machine tools are primarily cast with double-walled, high-web design, and have been verified through finite element analysis, ensuring both the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
• Machining centers are available in three configurations: five-axis, six-axis, and seven-axis.
• The blade shaft features hydraulic automatic tensioning and relaxation, facilitating user tool changes and shortening knife adjustment time.
• The X and Z axes feature a high-rigidity hard rail structure, offering excellent precision and rigidity.
• The C-axis features a high-precision torque motor with direct drive, ensuring the precision of the worktable indexing while allowing users to freely select between high-precision models or high-efficiency models according to their process and operational requirements.
• The Y-axis utilizes a servo motor direct drive, ensuring precise tooling accuracy and extending the tool life, while also maintaining the overall cutting rigidity of the machine tool.
• Top-grade guideways feature high-precision linear guides, powered by hydraulic cylinders to drive the movement of the tips, ensuring both the precision of the guideways and the ease of machine adjustment.
• The processing area is equipped with stainless steel internal protection, completely separating the processing area for easy chip removal.
• Optional precision secondary knife setting for hard-tooth precise secondary scraping.
• Equipped with a rotating tip to prevent wear on the center hole when using a fixed tip, and enhances the rotational accuracy of the tip.
• Optional for automatic loading/unloading and chamfering machine automated linkage.
