Rui Mai Freight - International Courier refers to express and logistics services between two or more countries (or regions). It involves the delivery of letters, commercial documents, and goods across national borders, including inspections and clearance procedures at border ports and customs. After international express deliveries reach the destination country, they must be retransferred within the country to be delivered to the final destination.

Rui Mai Freight - International Express Shipping Reminders: 1. International express package weights are categorized into actual weight and volumetric weight, with the courier company using the greater of the two as the billing basis.

2. Volume Weight Calculation

(1). Calculation method for volumetric weight of packages by the four major international couriers - DHL, UPS, TN, and FedEx: (Length x Width x Height)(cm) / 5000. Note that the units for length, width, and height are centimeters.

(2). For EMS postal express service, packages with any single side measuring 60cm or more are calculated based on volume weight using the following formula: Volume Weight (kg) = Length x Width x Height (cm) / 8000.

Items weighing less than 0.5 kg in international express parcels will be charged as 0.5 kg.

For shipments under 21KG, charges are calculated based on small package rates, with the first weight and additional weight charges. The billing unit is 0.5KG. Shipments of 21KG or more are charged at the large package rates.

5. Individual items must meet the specifications for international express packages: 1 length + 2 height + 2 width < 330CM (the requirements may vary among different courier companies).

Item must be packaged with skid boards if it weighs 68 kg or more per piece, as some countries do not accept the original packaging; otherwise, the courier company will refuse to collect the goods.

If any international express parcels meet the following conditions, pre-booking is required: individual item length exceeds 330 cm; individual item weight exceeds 68 kg; individual item length does not exceed 330 cm and weight does not exceed 68 kg, but the total weight of the shipment exceeds 300 kg.
