International Express Shipping Guidelines:

For issues that may arise during service, we have highlighted the following key points for our valued customers' attention:

1 Sensitive items (mainly including cards, food, medicines, tea, cosmetics, personal care products, and battery-operated products) can be shipped through special channels by our company. However, there is a one percent chance that the goods may be seized by customs, resulting in return, fines, or confiscation. Such consequences are to be borne by the customer, so please carefully consider and weigh your options before shipping. Do not give us a neutral or negative review due to customs issues.

2 Customs Issues: All goods arriving in the destination country must pass through customs. If the value of the goods exceeds the duty-free limit of the destination country, they may be subject to import duties, which the consignee is required to pay. Duties are related to factors such as the weight, type, value, volume, and material of the goods. Specific regulations should be consulted with the local customs. We will provide customers with some suggestions based on other clients' transportation experiences to help them avoid or minimize duties as much as possible. Consider potential duty costs before shipment and pay duties promptly if they arise. Customers will bear the consequences if goods are returned or destroyed due to customs clearance issues.

3 Regarding the counting of goods, we offer free services for collection, inspection of outer packaging, storage, and provision of boxes for packing. If counting and inspection are required, please inform us in advance! This service is no longer available once the packages are sorted. Up to 30 small packages can be counted for free (items within a single package less than 30 in number), and for more than 30, a service fee of 1 yuan per package will be charged. Inspection services can only help check for obvious defects; we cannot make evaluations on the quality.

Upon receiving the goods, please inspect the outer packaging for any damage. Try to inspect the goods before signing for them and take photos of the packaging or weigh it to leave evidence of damage or missing items. It is usually not possible to claim compensation from the courier company if you find the goods to be missing or damaged after signing for them. Additionally, please package fragile items yourself as the courier company is not responsible for damage to the contents. Our company can help reinforce the packaging for free before forwarding the goods, but we are only responsible for reinforcing the outer packaging with transparent tape and not for repackaging fragile items.

5. Volume Calculation for Shipping Fees: Excluding EMS (where one side is less than 60cm), all other express deliveries and items over 60cm on any side shipped via EMS are subject to volume calculation. The method for calculating volume weight is: Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM) ÷ 5000 = Volume Weight. Therefore, for items that are lightweight but have a large volume, please consider the shipping costs. Our company will strive to compress and reduce the volume during the packing process, and the volume is measured according to international measurement standards. If you have any disputes regarding the volume, please request a video confirmation from customer service before shipping.

6 We do not transport valuable items (such as gold, diamonds, and other high-value goods). Should any such items be concealed and the goods are lost, you will bear the consequences.

7 Shipping Time Issues: The delivery reference time provided by customer service generally refers to weekdays and does not include weekends and holidays. Additionally, delays may occur due to external factors (such as overloading, severe weather, or customs inspections). Our company will diligently assist in urging the relevant courier companies on behalf of the customer. However, as we are not the direct carrier, we cannot control the shipping time issues, please understand.

8 Our service as an agent provider is to handle the transfer of goods to the courier company of your choice, and we are unable to control any subsequent issues. Should there be any damage or loss during the courier process, please the recipient to refuse the delivery and apply for compensation with the local courier company. The compensation standards refer to relevant laws, regulations, and the regulations of each courier company. (Please note the condition of the outer packaging upon receiving the goods; if there is any damage, please inform the delivery person on the spot and take photos as evidence.)

If the delivery time of EMS is not stable, and it's an urgent package, we recommend using a more reliable courier service like DHL or UPS to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience and loss.

10 International Express Volume Weight Calculation Standard Our packing staff will strive to help customers compress volume for economical transportation. If there are any disputes regarding volume, please raise them before shipping. We can provide you with volume videos or images. 11 Regarding Remote Area Surcharge: Most couriers charge extra for deliveries to remote locations. Only EMS, being part of the postal system, has fewer remote areas. Please consult in advance if you're unsure whether the delivery address is considered remote.

Shipping Time: Goods can be shipped on the same day if received before 5 PM on weekdays or 9 PM on Sundays. Saturdays are for receiving goods only, no shipping. (Excluding national holidays.)

Billing Unit and Weight Calculation:

International express shipping usually charges by 0.5Kg increments, while for large shipments over 21kg, it charges by 1Kg increments.

International express items are weighed with an initial charge of 0.5kg, and each additional 0.5kg is considered an extra charge. Any weight under 0.5kg is rounded up to 0.5kg.

21kg and above, no first weight charge, calculated per kg (except for EMS, which is calculated at 0.5kg per item).

The International Air Cargo Association stipulates that the chargeable weight for cargo transportation is calculated based on the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (also known as cube weight) of the shipment, with the exception of EMS, which may not consider cube weight.
