For issues that may arise during our service, we have highlighted the following key points for our valued customers' attention:
1 Sensitive items (mainly including cards, food, medicines, tea, cosmetics, personal care products, and battery-operated products) can be shipped through special channels by our company. However, there is a 1% chance that the goods may be seized by customs, resulting in returns, fines, or confiscation. Such consequences are to be borne by the customer, so please carefully consider and weigh your options before shipment. Do not give us a neutral or negative review due to customs issues.
2 Customs Issues: Upon arrival in the destination country, all goods must pass through customs. If the value of the goods exceeds the country's duty-free limit, customs duties may apply, which the consignee will need to pay. Duties are based on factors such as weight, type, value, volume, and material, and specific regulations should be consulted with the local customs. We will provide customers with suggestions based on other clients' shipping experiences to help avoid or reduce customs duties as much as possible. Please factor in potential customs costs before shipping and pay duties promptly if they arise. In cases where goods are returned or destroyed due to customs clearance issues, the customer will bear the consequences.
3 Regarding the counting of goods, we offer free services including collection, inspection of outer packaging, storage, and providing boxes for packing. If counting and inspection are required, please inform us in advance! This service is no longer available after the packages are prepared. Up to 30 small packages can be counted for free (items in a single package fewer than 30), and for more, there is a service fee of 1 yuan per package. For inspection, we can only help check for obvious defects; as for the quality, we cannot make any evaluations.
Upon receiving the goods, please inspect the outer packaging for any damage. Try to inspect the items before signing for them and take photos of the packaging or weigh the goods to leave evidence of any damage or shortage. If you discover a shortage or damage after signing for the goods, it's usually not possible to claim compensation from the courier company. Additionally, please pack fragile items yourself, as the courier company is not responsible for damage to the contents. Our company can assist with free reinforcement before forwarding the goods, but we only take responsibility for reinforcing the outer packaging with transparent tape and not for repackaging fragile items.
5. Volume Calculation for Freight Except for EMS (one side less than 60cm), which does not calculate volume, all other express deliveries and packages exceeding 60cm on any side using EMS are subject to volume calculation. The method for calculating volumetric weight is: Length (CM) x Width (CM) x Height (CM) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight. Therefore, for items that are lightweight but have a large volume, please consider the express delivery costs. Our company will endeavor to compress and minimize volume during the packing process, and volume is measured according to international measurement standards. If there is any dispute about the volume, please request a video confirmation from customer service before shipping.
We do not transport valuable items (such as gold, diamonds, and other high-value items). Should any such items be concealed and result in a loss of goods, you will bear the consequences.
7 Shipping Time Issues: The express delivery reference time provided by customer service generally refers to weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays. Additionally, external factors (such as overloading, severe weather, and customs inspections) may cause delays. Our company will diligently assist customers in urging the relevant express companies. Brand cosmetics, liquid powders, food, and sensitive goods are handled by F Brand International Express, which has strong export customs clearance capabilities. However, as we are not the direct carrier, we cannot control shipping times, please understand.
8 Our services as an agency provider are to handle the cargo transfer to the courier company of your choice, and we are unable to control any subsequent issues. Should there be any damage or loss during the courier process, please the recipient to refuse the delivery and apply for compensation with the local courier company. The compensation standards are based on relevant laws, regulations, and the policies of each courier company. (Please check the outer packaging for any damage upon receiving the goods. If there is damage, please inform the delivery person on the spot and take photos as evidence.)
If the delivery time of EMS is unreliable, we recommend choosing a more reliable courier service, such as DHL or UPS, for urgent shipments to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience and loss.
10 Standard for International Express Volume Weight Calculation Our packing staff will strive to help compress the volume for cost-effective shipping. If there are any disputes regarding volume, please raise them before dispatch. We can provide you with volume videos or images. 11 Regarding Remote Area Surcharge: Most couriers charge additional fees for deliveries to remote locations. Only EMS, being part of the postal system, has fewer remote areas. Please consult in advance if you are unsure whether the delivery address is in a remote area.
