
With the advancement of physical reform, an increasing number of intelligent fitness equipment utilize infrared grating for triggering, measuring, and detecting. Common applications include running, standing long jump, throwing a medicine ball, and volleyball.
The standing long jump measurement screen identifies the jumper's position by detecting the presence or absence of obstruction through infrared light, automatically tests the jumper's performance with system integration, displays test results in real-time, monitors for illegal line crossing at take-off, and features rapid testing speed.

The Pintuo standing long jump can be designed in a segmented style for easier storage. Currently, the commonly used options for standing long jump are mainly the following grating types: a full 2-meter bar/2 segments, a 0.8-meter bar/1 segment, and two 1-meter bars/each segment. We can customize various lengths based on customer requirements. The side-hole connection for communication saves space and reduces blind spots.

Solid ball measurement light curtains are designed in a segmented style, typically in three or four sections, with slight variations to cater to different age groups. Once the athlete stands in the correct position and throws the shot, the moment the shot lands, the measurement light grid detects a set of data, which then sends a signal to the system. The system records which channels are illuminated and which are obstructed, and accurately calculates the data based on system programming. The solid ball measurement light grid utilizes specially modulated 940nm infrared light, scanning in a parallel, one-way and one-return manner. Through custom optical lenses, it can avoid interference from external light sources, further enhancing the accuracy of the test results. The measurement results are directly displayed on the screen through integration, eliminating the need for manual data checking as before.

Solid ball measurement light curtains typically require detection errors of no more than 10 cm, of course, the higher the precision, the more accurate the detection results. Since the detection area for throwing solid balls is usually quite large, generally between 6-9 meters, Pintuo mainly produces three-section and four-section solid ball measurement light curtains at present. Due to the longer overall curtain and more complex process, the cost of solid ball measurement light curtains is relatively high, and the production difficulty is significant. There aren't many manufacturers capable of mature production and stable application.
