Oil Adjuster Device
To conserve energy, enhance efficiency, and protect the environment, there is a requirement for higher-quality and a wider variety of oil products.
Fuel blending is an important process in the production of finished oil products.
Our company, combining the characteristics of the floating oil arm, has developed a new oil blending product.
A new type of floating oil blending unit that can synchronize its rise and fall with the oil level inside the storage tank. It allows the oil to disperse and flow from top to bottom within the tank, effectively blending the oil and ensuring a thorough and even mixture of different components.
Structural Features
The structure of the floating oil blending unit is shown in Figure 1, primarily comprising the inlet end, lower oil inlet pipe, upper oil inlet pipe, support legs, rotating joint, "T" diverter, buoyancy float, outlet end, connecting parts, or guide mechanism. One end is the inlet end, and the other is the "T" diverter. The inlet end is connected to the bottom接管 of the storage tank via a flange.

The functions of each component of the device are as follows:
(1) The inlet end is composed of elbows and flanges, connecting to the bottom oil inlet pipe flange.
(2) Up and down oil supply pipes, for oil transportation. For larger diameter oil supply pipes, consider manufacturing in sections for easier transport and installation. Simply connect the sections with flanges.
(3) Leg supports, used to secure and support the unit's weight when the tank is empty of oil products and the unit is stationary, ensuring the inner floating roof is not subjected to tension.
(4) Swivel joints, primarily consisting of inner and outer rings, main seals, connecting flanges, and ball bearings. Each unit includes three swivel joints for connecting various components and to float and rotate with the oil level inside the tank. The main seal is made of an enhanced PTFE material with automatic compensation properties, offering flexibility and good sealing.
(5) "T" type manifold, mainly composed of seamless pipe welding, featuring multiple evenly distributed oil outlets at the bottom. These outlets serve to blend the oil products and ensure the outlets remain below the liquid surface.
(6) Buoy, a fully enclosed hollow long cylindrical shape, lightweight, to avoid the "cross" diverter from touching the tank wall.
