Chemical nickel plating is an environmentally friendly new technology that deposits a Ni-P alloy coating through an autocatalytic chemical reaction. The plating solution has good deep-dipping and even-dipping capabilities; the coating is amorphous, with uniform thickness, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good weldability, which can partially replace the heavily polluting electroplating coatings of chrome, nickel, silver, tin, and others.
