Chemical nickel plating is an environmentally friendly new technology that deposits a Ni-P alloy coating through an autocatalytic chemical reaction. The plating solution offers excellent deep-dipping and even-dipping capabilities; the coating is amorphous, with uniform thickness, high hardness, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and weldability, partially replacing the heavily polluting electroplating coatings of chrome, nickel, silver, and tin.
