Hard Anodizing, full name Hard Anodic Oxidation Treatment. The typical thickness requirement for hard anodizing films is 25-150μm, with most films being 50-80μm thick. Hard anodizing films with a thickness less than 25μm are used for parts such as gear keys and helical components, where wear resistance or insulation is required, and the anodizing film thickness is approximately 50μm.
