This machine is specifically designed for baking and shaping the frame cores of voice coils, capable of winding with both hot air and alcohol-soluble enamel wire materials. The paper tube is delivered to the mold core by the vibration disk in conjunction with the feeding mechanism. The main shaft features a flying fork winding design, with a six-position rotating cycle for winding and cutting. The wound coils are positioned on the sound gauge with the help of the vibration disk, the picking mechanism, and the unloading mechanism (identifying the sound gauge position), and are then transported out of the production line.

The control system features a user-friendly touch screen input with simple and understandable parameter settings. The mechanical structure is designed rationally, and all materials are treated with special processes. The mechanical movement section utilizes imported servo motors and high-precision ball screw threads, while the rotating parts are equipped with imported bearings, ensuring high efficiency and precision in the product. The equipment can operate 24/7 with high efficiency and stability, allowing for the operation of multiple machines by a single person. The equipment boasts high compatibility, enabling it to work seamlessly with automated production lines.
