Features & Applications

1. Softening finishing suitable for cotton, linen, and wool yarns and fabrics, imparting excellent softness and elasticity to the textiles.

2. Post-treatment for various textiles such as denim, washed cloth, woolen sweaters, towels, etc., achieving a soft and fluffy finish.

3. Has lower yellowing characteristics compared to cationic softeners.

【Instructions for Use】

1. Cold method material: Take 6-10% H-EA soft film, gradually add to water around 30°C, ensure even dispersion, then let it stand for 1-2 hours, and stir slowly until a uniform paste is achieved.

2. Thermochemical Material: Add 6-10% H-EA soft film to room temperature water while stirring, then continue to heat to 50-60°C, stop heating, and stir to form a uniform paste.

【Processing Technology】(Reference)

2-3g/L pad-rolling: 40-50°C, double pad and roll or single pad and roll.

2. Immersion: 0.5-0.8% (o.w.f.), temperature 50-60°C, 15-30 minutes.

Packaging and Storage   

20Kg woven bags packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, prevent from rain. Shelf life: 2 years.
