Performance & Features

1. Soluble in water and general organic solvents, it features excellent dye dispersion, initial dyeing retardation, and simultaneous dyeing properties.

2. Used as a high-temperature and high-pressure dispersing dyeing agent for polyester fibers in the textile and dyeing industry, suitable for rapid dyeing processes.

3. Maintains dyeing in acidic bath conditions, effectively preventing color and luster discrepancies on the fabric due to sensitizing material hydrolysis.

4. Free from solvents and carrier components, it contributes to the improvement of working conditions and is suitable for polyester high-temperature deep-color dyeing and high-temperature light-color dyeing requiring warm tones.

5. Used as a component in detergents for general industrial purposes.

This product is used for polyester fabric high-temperature dyeing and can be processed according to standard procedures.

Dosage: 0.5~1g/L

Bath Ratio: 1:10

Dyeing Temperature: 130~140℃

Insulation Time: 30~90 mins
