Performance & Applications
1. Water-in-oil type plant oil-specific emulsifier, soluble in general organic solvents, blends transparently with plant oil, featuring excellent emulsifying and dispersing properties.
2. Excellent emulsifying action on various vegetable oils, capable of forming a stable white emulsion.
3. Easy to use, with a simple emulsification process; only a mixing device is required, and emulsified vegetable oil can be produced at room temperature, with low foam content.
4. Excellent low-temperature resistance, non-ionic properties, low irritability, easy to match.
Suggested Usage: 15-20% of vegetable oil.
Application
Add the measured emulsifier and vegetable oil to the emulsifying kettle in the required amount for the cream, with the emulsifier being 15-20% of the vegetable oil. Stir the mixture well, then slowly add the measured water while continuing to stir, resulting in a milky white vegetable oil emulsion (for your reference).
Storage & Transportation
Store and transport in accordance with general chemical regulations. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
