PP pipes are a non-toxic, hygienic, high-temperature-resistant, and recyclable tube type, primarily used in indoor cold and hot water supply systems for buildings and also widely applicable in heating systems. The features of PP pipes include corrosion resistance, wear resistance, non-scaling, reduced vibration and noise, frost crack prevention (PP pipes can crack at temperatures below -20°C, and decomposition occurs at temperatures above 70°C in high-temperature environments), condensation prevention, low heat loss, easy installation, and long service life. The connection methods include welding, end welding, and non-metallic pipe joints.
Features
FRPP piping (Fiberglass Reinforced Polypropylene piping) is made from glass fiber modified polypropylene material treated with coupling agents, in accordance with HG20539-92 standards. The specifications range from De15 to De1500mm, with nominal pressures of 0.4-1.0MPa. It is resistant to corrosion, high temperatures, and high pressures, and is also hygienic and non-toxic, recyclable, and suitable for transporting corrosive liquids (such as acidic and alkaline liquids) and for municipal water supply and drainage systems. It features excellent impact and tensile strength, is lightweight, and is easy to install and maintain.
Usage
Widely used in the chemical, chemical fiber, chlor-alkali, dye, water supply and drainage, food, pharmaceutical, and wastewater treatment industries.
