PVDF pipe (polyvinylidene fluoride pipe) features a dense arrangement of molecular chains with strong hydrogen bonds, inherent flame resistance, and a crystallinity of 65% to 78%. Its service temperature range is from -40°C to 150°C. Notably, it boasts high mechanical strength, excellent radiation resistance, and can be used outdoors for long periods without maintenance. It has excellent chemical stability and is not corroded by acids, alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, or halogens at room temperature. It is widely used in petrochemicals, electronics and electricals, steel mill pickling, and the transportation of acidic and alkaline liquids.
Features:
1 Excellent chemical resistance; remains uncorroded by acids, bases, strong oxidizing agents, and halogens at room temperature.
High impact resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, high mechanical strength, and good toughness.
Excellent heat resistance, non-flammability, long-term use temperature of -40 to 150℃, and high dielectric strength.
4 Outstanding resistance to climatic aging, ozone, UV radiation, and nuclear radiation.
