Clay tiles are primarily made from natural clay, supplemented with a small amount of quartz, pumice, feldspar, and colorants. They are formed through high-pressure extrusion, low-temperature drying, and then fired at 1200°C. They feature environmental friendliness, non-radioactivity, gentle coloration, and no contribution to light pollution. After firing, the tiles may exhibit size variations due to thermal expansion and contraction. Only after high-precision mechanical cutting and quality inspection are they ready for market supply.
